PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Office of Economic Empowerment is seeking a Program Associate to join its dynamic team. The Program Associate will be responsible for the oversight of assigned programs and projects on subjects including financial education, asset development, wage equity, and the racial wealth gap. This position reports to the Deputy Director and will be involved in program development, oversight of existing programs, and administering partnerships. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
